In Dyer Need
LLC, was founded January 2008, In Nashville, TN by Racquel Dyer, Over
the past twenty years, Ms. Dyer has made a name for herself in the
hospitality industry. From Boston, Mass. To Nashville, TN., and many
areas in between, she has been a driving force in all phases of
catering, from food preparation to customer relations and management.
She has worked with
and along side of many of Nashville's most discriminating Caterers and
Chefs while in apprenticeship during her culinary education. There she
learned to prepare and artistically present a variety of delicious
foods. And a member of local chapter (ACF), American Culinary
Federation for several years.
